Advocacy and Policy

Group Lead(s)

This group will be led by the M4QN Executive Committee.

This interest group will take a leading role both nationally and internationally to advocate for materials research and development targeted at quantum technologies. Evidence will be collected by mapping UK capabilities and using the roadmap developed by the Horizon Scanning materials interest group. This will help influence the direction of national and international programmes and inform research council and other strategy and policy-making organisations. The group will also help to advocate for national and international investments in materials for quantum technology by generating evidence of new interdisciplinary research topics.
